Consent
Whose face is in your clip
The only real face in the clip is yours — the customer's. There are no athletes, coaches, or umpires depicted. The crowd around you is generated.
What you're consenting to when you upload
- To us using your selfie once to compose the still that becomes your clip.
- To us storing the selfie encrypted in S3 for up to 30 days, then deleting it.
- To the resulting clip carrying a small, visible “generated · catch.0p.studio” watermark.
- To us logging the generation in our audit log so we can refund you, fix bugs, and detect misuse.
Kiss-cam: the second person's consent
The kiss-cam preset requires the consent of the second person depicted. We do not let you upload a stranger's photo. Instead, the customer sends an invitation; the second person clicks through, signs in to their own 0p account, signs a small consent, and uploads their selfie themselves. Their selfie is bound to the customer's household and visible only in the resulting clip.
What we don't do
- We don't train any model on your face or anyone else's face.
- We don't sell your likeness or your data.
- We don't publish your clip anywhere. You are the publisher.
If you change your mind
Email care@catch.0p.studio and we'll delete every artifact we have of you within 7 days. If you reported a misuse (someone else uploaded your face), we'll act on it the same day.
