catch.0p.studio (“catch”) makes 5-second downloadable vertical video clips of the customer as a fan in the stands at a fictional baseball game. Every clip is generated, watermarked, and finished the moment the file is downloaded.

• We never depict any real team, league, stadium, network, sponsor, or athlete in any clip.
• We never use your face or anyone else's face to train a model.
• We never publish your clip anywhere. You are the publisher.
• We never sell or remove the watermark.

• The selfie you upload is of you, or of a person whose consent you have collected through this product's kiss-cam invitation flow.
• You will not upload selfies of strangers, public figures, or anyone who has not consented through the flow.
• Misuse — uploading another person's face without consent — results in account termination, immediate clip deletion, and possible referral to law enforcement.

All purchases are one-time. If the agent cannot produce a clip that passes its safety classifier (identity preservation, no trademark bleed-through, content appropriate), you are automatically refunded for the failed clip. No clip, no charge.

• Your uploaded selfie is deleted from storage 30 days after upload.
• Finished clips are deleted from storage 90 days after the clip is ready.
• Metadata (job ids, watermark ids, audit log) is retained for compliance.

If you believe a clip was generated of you without your consent, please report it at /report. We respond within one business day.
